At The GET Co., we believe wellbeing doesn’t stop at the studio door, it extends into the streets, schools, and spaces where we live, learn, and grow.

From wellbeing days and school collaborations to inclusive workshops and family events, everything we do is rooted in one goal: strengthening connection through purposeful, community-driven action.

At The GET Co., we’re more than a children’s yoga service, we’re a values-led community organisation that believes in creating safe, inclusive spaces for all children to thrive.
That’s why we’re so proud to be a founding partner of The Butterfly Effect, a free community event created in collaboration with Butterfly Health Group and LN Therapy, proudly supporting Bully Zero.

This initiative is about more than a fun day out. It’s about connection, support, and belonging.
As a parent, advocate, and Children’s Yoga Teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how bullying can impact a child’s sense of identity, safety, and self-worth. But I’ve also seen the flip side, how movement, breath, emotional literacy, and supportive relationships can help children reclaim their calm, build resilience, and find their voice.
Yoga doesn’t just benefit the child who’s been targeted. It can also support the child who’s doing the bullying, because behind most hurtful behaviour is a dysregulated nervous system, unmet emotional needs, or a lack of connection.
At The GET Co., we believe every child deserves tools to feel safe in their body, confident in who they are, and connected to others in meaningful ways. That’s exactly what The Butterfly Effect is about.
About the Event

The Butterfly Effect is a heart-led community event designed to bring families together and give children the chance to connect, play, and feel like they belong.
