Classrooms today are more complex than ever. Educators are not only teaching, they're managing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, sensory overwhelm, and social disconnection, all while trying to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Traditional supports are often reactive, inconsistent, or inaccessible for the students who need them most. Meanwhile, children are falling through the cracks, disengaging, acting out, shutting down, or missing school altogether. That’s where The GET Co. comes in.

School & Early Childhood Programs

Our Yoga Therapy programs offer a proactive, trauma-informed approach to student wellbeing. We give schools and early childhood centres the tools to build calmer classrooms, resilient learners, and more connected communities—one breath, one movement, one child at a time.

At The GET Co., we specialise in evidence-informed Yoga Therapy programs that support students aged 3 to 17 through every stage of their learning journey.

Our programs go beyond general mindfulness or movement—they’re designed as therapeutic interventions that strengthen emotional regulation, body awareness, confidence, focus, and resilience. Whether you’re supporting a 4-year-old navigating big feelings, a neurodivergent student struggling with self-control, or a teenager experiencing stress and disengagement, we provide practical, trauma-aware tools that create real, lasting change.

Why Schools Partner With Us

  • Evidence-Based and Therapeutic:

Rooted in the internationally recognised Zenergy Yoga Therapy Method, every session thoughtfully blends movement, breathwork, mindfulness, meridian-based exercises, and emotional education—delivered in a way that is measurable and clinically aligned.

  • Inclusive and Developmentally Appropriate:

All our programs are adapted to support neurodivergent learners, sensory-sensitive students, and children navigating trauma, anxiety, or disability. We meet them where they are—with respect, flexibility, and safety.

  • Linked to Outcomes That Matter:

From Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) outcomes to whole-school wellbeing goals, our sessions align with the core values and metrics your school uses to measure student growth.

In Victoria, government schools can use their School Mental Health Fund & Menu allocation to purchase programs on the evidence-based Menu—because offerings that support emotional regulation, student wellbeing, and resilience meet the criteria of endorsed mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
