Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions By enrolling in The GET Co.’s programs and classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a consistent, safe, and supportive experience for all children and families. 1. Program Commitment (If purchased) This is a structured 8-week program designed to build skills over time. Your child’s place is secured for the full term, and regular attendance is encouraged to support therapeutic outcomes. 2. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. No refunds will be provided for change of mind or casual absences. If The GET Co. needs to cancel a session, a makeup session or credit will be offered. In the case of serious illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss options. 3. Missed Sessions for 8 week program Due to small group sizes and session structure, makeup sessions are not guaranteed. If your child misses a class, you may be offered a short practice video or at-home resource as an alternative. 4. Parent/Carer Responsibilities Children must be dropped off and picked up on time by a parent, carer, or authorised adult. Parents are not required to stay during sessions unless arranged beforehand. You agree to share relevant information about your child’s needs, health, and supports to help us deliver a safe and inclusive experience. 5. Health & Safety You confirm your child is fit to participate in light to moderate movement. Any medical, behavioural, or access needs must be shared before the program begins. The GET Co. will take all reasonable precautions for safety but accepts no liability for injuries resulting from participation. 6. Privacy & Media We may take occasional photos/videos for reflective or promotional purposes. You will be asked to give consent upon enrolment.
